Absolutely solid ebike with a much nicer look than the usual bikes you see out. Solid power and still pretty comfortable even without the suspension.
Still wish I had waited a couple days for the gen 2 to release. Maybe next year

Fast, Comfortable, and an Absolute Blast to Ride
I absolutely love my Zooz Ultra Urban. At 6 feet tall, the larger frame fits me perfectly, and the bigger wheels with the 2.6” tires make for an incredibly smooth ride. Whether I’m cruising around town, running errands, or just out riding for fun, this bike always puts a smile on my face.
I’ve owned and ridden plenty of other e-bikes, including some very powerful custom-built bikes, but lately I find myself reaching for the Ultra Urban more than anything else. One of the biggest reasons is that I can just hop on and ride without worrying about anything. It’s simple, practical, and incredibly fun.
The performance is excellent, the top speed is impressive for what it is, and the bike feels solid and very well-built. On top of that, it costs next to nothing to charge, making it one of the cheapest and most enjoyable ways to get around.
Zooz really knocked it out of the park with this bike. It has become my go to ride, and I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. I also highly recommend the Ripster-we ride ours everyday and love it just as much. At this point, the Flex is next on my list so I can complete the collection. Keep up the great work Zooz!

We’ve been absolutely loving our Zooz Ripster. This bike is the perfect size for cruising around, and they’re surprisingly quick and so fun to ride. My wife and I use them every single day to ride around with our kids,take them to the park or ice cream and they’ve become one of our favorite purchases.
One of my favorite features is the fat tires they make the bike feel stable, comfortable, and capable on all kinds of terrain. I also added the optional front suspension fork which Zooz offers for $220, and in my opinion it’s worth every penny.
What has impressed me just as much as the bike itself is Zooz’s customer support. I’ve reached out several times with questions and warranty concerns, and every interaction has been positive. Their team has been responsive, patient, and committed to making things right. They have stood behind their product and taken great care of us throughout the process.
It’s rare to find a company that combines a fun, high-quality product with customer service this good. We ride these bikes every day and couldn’t be happier with them. Highly recommended!

This is the best legal bike ever. I got it from the cyclery bike shop in La Mirada Ca, and this bike is so fun, and great to mod.
After a few months of having the Ultra Flex it is still a solid bike and ride im officially a Zoozer now and I am loving it 💯 💯 💯
