Ultra Ripster
The GEN2 Ultra Ripster is now a true MINI URBAN! We slimmed down the rims to a 20" x 2" rim and slapped on a 2.6' tire to make this bike feel even more like a BMX. This update saves weight, makes the bike feel faster/more nimble, and allows the rider to choose from a much wider range of aftermarket BMX tires.
We are using the same Thrillmatic motor as its big bro the Ultra Urban with a 52V 15AH battery which makes the Ripster a torque monster! All ZOOZ Bikes feature a 4130 Chromoly steel frame, fork, and bars and are designed for real riding. This one accomodates smaller riders BUT is FUN for everyone!

We push 52 volts of power through the Ultra Ripster's metal reinforced Thrillmatic motor so you have all the torque you want ready to go!
BUILT TOUGH
The Ultra Ripster's tig welded 4130 chromoly steel frame, fork and handlebars are both durable and lightweight. No fragile aluminum or mig welds here.
BRAKING POWER
The Ultra Ripster's hydraulic disc brakes are setup to be smooth while you cruise and responsive when you're lettin' loose!

The Gen1 Ultra Ripster has 3" wide wheels and a 3.2" wide tire. It was a choice that we thought would soften the road for heavier riders because...EVERYONE rides this thing ie adults love it. So, after gazillions of hours of riding and tons of feedback, we decided to mimic the Ultra Urban wheel setup to really take that last step towards a true BMX feeling ie Flickable, nimble, torque etc etc. So good!
All ZOOZ Bikes ship limited to 20 MPH. Actual speed depends on terrain, rider weight and riding style. Smooth roads and bike paths will hit top speeds easier than rough or hilly terrain.
Speed is only part of the story though. ZOOZ Bikes are known for torque and handling. Besides our good looks, it's why serious shredders ride ZOOZ Bikes. The Ripster’s smaller 20” wheels make it feel extra punchy and ridiculously fun to ride.

The Ripster uses a 52V 15Ah battery that typically delivers around 20 to 30 miles of range using throttle only. Pedaling can extend that.
Actual range depends on terrain, rider weight, tire pressure, riding style and speed.
A good habit is to charge before longer rides.

Tire and brake pad wear are the most common maintenance items and will need periodic replacement depending on how you ride. Keep your bike clean, check bolts periodically and that’s about it.
If you have even basic bicycle or motorcycle maintenance experience, you can easily do your own work. If you prefer to have a shop handle it, most mechanics love working on ZOOZ Bikes because they’re a refreshing break from the clunky, weird and poor-quality bikes flooding the market these days.

Fast cornering and hard, controlled braking is a huge part of ZOOZ DNA. Wheelbase, geometry, rider position, tire size and weight distribution are all carefully tuned to create a bike that feels planted, responsive and confidence inspiring.
