The Ultra Urban's tig welded 4130 chromoly steel frame, fork and handlebars are both durable and lightweight. No fragile aluminum or mig welds here.

ULTRA URBAN FAQs
All ZOOZ Bikes ship limited to 20 MPH. Actual speed depends on terrain, rider weight and riding style. Smooth roads and bike paths will hit top speeds easier than rough or hilly terrain.
Speed is only part of the story though. ZOOZ Bikes are known for torque and handling. Besides our good looks, it's why serious shredders ride ZOOZ Bikes.
The Ultra Urban has a 52 volt, 20 Ah battery, that's enough juice to carry you 25 to 35 miles using just the throttle, pedaling will add to that depending on your own juice.
Terrain and how you ride greatly affects actual range. We suggest charging your bike in preparation for longer rider in general.

Tire and brake pad wear are the most common maintenance items and will need periodic replacement depending on how you ride. Keep your bike clean, check bolts periodically and that’s about it.
If you have even basic bicycle or motorcycle maintenance experience, you can easily do your own work. If you prefer to have a shop handle it, most mechanics love working on ZOOZ Bikes because they’re a refreshing break from the clunky, weird and poor-quality bikes flooding the market these days.

Fast cornering and hard, controlled braking is a huge part of ZOOZ DNA. Wheelbase, geometry, rider position, tire size and weight distribution are all carefully tuned to create a bike that feels planted, responsive and confidence inspiring.
The Ultra Urban’s original intent was to create a bike capable of real-hard-riding by us, seasoned moto riders who often push the limits of fun. In other words, we often ended up bleeding, but the bike needed to be ready to go again and again. That’s why we chose TIG-welded 4130 chromoly steel for the frame, integrated the moto-style seat into the frame and invested significant time and money engineering our own battery and mounting system to withstand the ridiculous beatings it would endure during testing.
Most people can’t ride at the level the Ultra Urban was designed for, BUT they still buy it because it’s hella reliable and the coolest e-bike on the planet!
