So I've had years now to really have an unbiased straight forward opinion on this bike and I can say with all confidence that it is the best on the market... From product qualilty to customer support. It's all the best I've ever experienced. I have a gen 3 uu1100 with over 2000 miles and counting. It is my daily due to other circumstances and despite the unfortunate events i've recently been through the bike and I both survived getting hit by a minivan. It's been dropped, slid, knocked over, and everything in between but besides the obvious damage from the wreck it still rides just the same as it did when it arrived.
Even maintenance has been bare minimum on my part. Simply brake pads and cleaning some of the moving parts has kept the bike a complete tank for me. I can't really stress how awesome they've been about getting any parts as well, even with my model... I've always been taken care of. it's just the right choice and I'de put my life on it!
Drew is very responsive when I have questions about parts and my Zooz 1100. Very impressed with the customer service!
Great fit and finish on the parts and functions like new once again. Thought I only needed the left crank arm (was missing on this rebuild project) but replacing the entire crank assembly with new bearings and seals was the way to go.) The new spindle length was a couple of mm shorter but worked perfectly by removing the old spacer. My only recommendation is the BB bearings and bearing seals (parts that reduce the 25mm bearing ID to 24mm) should be included in the kit or available in the parts catalog).
