I bought an Ultra Ripster for my 12-year-old son for his birthday. We liked the BMX style look and smaller tires than other e-bikes. I am 53 and ride it as much as he does so we had to buy another one. The bikes are great and the Zooz support team is awesome and very responsive to questions. Shout out to Drew! Get out there and get one yourself.

I needed to purchase new parts for my son’s ultra urban. The team at Zooz was incredible making sure everything was compatible with the new controller that I needed. They built an invoice for me with all of the proper models that I needed to fix my son’s bike with. Such a great company!
I have tried every bike on the market and keep trying newer options for street-legal fast bikes that look rad. In my opinion, this is the best bike on the market, and my 14-year-old son agrees. Thank you, Zooz team!!
